The DiGeronimo Companies and Baldwin Wallace University (BW) have officially completed an exciting mixed-use project in the heart of Berea, University Market. The 64,000-square-foot development located on Front Street houses 130 students on the top three levels above 16,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The retail portion includes Baldwin Wallace’s bookstore, Starbucks, and a host of other tenants tailored to the University and Berea.
